Main Projects
Innovative Housing Development:
- Small home villages with clustered tiny homes or prefab units for transitional/long-term housing, including on-site support.
- Modular housing production pipeline.
- Housing and support for 10 initial hires from homeless individuals (criteria: work participation, clean character, drug abstinence, minimal criminal record, Christian values, no criminal involvement).
- Integrate features from alternative housing options.
- Expand shelter facilities and amenities.
- Assist property owners in adding small-scale homeless services.
- Micro shelters as community hubs, emergency/transitional housing.
- Safe parking sites with secure monitoring, restrooms/showers/laundry, on-site services, wash stations, info centers, charging stations, self-service car wash, WiFi, faith-based resources, and hybrid vehicle/tent models.
- Managed tent lots with beautiful grounds and advanced features.
Advocacy for Systemic Change:
- Push for policies addressing homelessness roots.
- Partner with retailers for dedicated shelf space on essential items.
- Engage lawmakers for supportive legislation.
Digital Empowerment:
- Platforms for survival skills training, "homeless life" management, recovery strategies, and faith-based resources.
Food and Item Provision:
- Food recovery/processing from surplus sources to reduce waste and boost security.
- Source/distribute items for health, productivity, safety, and well-being.
In-House Construction and Jobs:
- Team for modular/micro-shelter building and rapid deployment.
- Upcycling strategies using repurposed materials (e.g., trees for construction, byproducts for fire logs).
Future Goals:
- Build foundational resources/expertise for full plan implementation.
- Establish main campus.
- Expand partnerships (e.g., churches for on-site religious services).
